Real books, not an invoice list

Invoice-only apps stop at 'sent.' Here every invoice lives in real accounting: bank deposits match themselves, receivables age, statements reconcile — and open invoices project your cash 90 days forward.

Fair questions

Free invoicing, without the asterisk

Unlimited invoices, really?

Unlimited invoices, unlimited clients, unlimited users — with gap-free numbering per entity, your logo and letterhead, and no watermark. There is no counter anywhere in the product.

How do clients pay?

Every invoice gets a hosted page they open from a link — no account needed — and pay by card on your own Stripe, PayPal or Wise. The money settles directly to you; we take no percentage and never hold funds.

Does it chase late payers for me?

Yes — reminder schedules you set once, late fees with a grace period, and you can see the moment an invoice is opened. Payment plans split big invoices into scheduled installments.

Is there real accounting underneath?

Yes — that's the difference from invoice-only apps. Every invoice lands in real books: bank feeds match the deposit, statements reconcile, AR aging knows who owes what, and your accountant gets journals and period locks when they ask.

Quotes and estimates too?

Hosted estimates your client accepts by typing their name — recorded as a signature — then one click converts to the invoice. Recurring invoices and retainers send themselves, sweeping unbilled time along.

What's the catch?

No catch and no tiers: invoicing is one part of a free system that also runs your projects, scheduling and CRM. Your payment processor charges its normal card fees — that's your relationship, and we add nothing to it.
