For salons, clinics, coaches, trainers & studios

If your revenue is a calendar, this runs the whole thing

Appointment businesses usually run a booking app, a payment link, a client list and a packages spreadsheet. Coordinator is all four — and the books write themselves while you work.

Free. No card. About two minutes to set up.

No-shows and phone tag

Every unbooked reminder and every 'can we move it?' call is unpaid admin between you and paid hours.

The packages spreadsheet

Who's used 6 of 10 sessions? The spreadsheet knows — if someone updated it.

The room problem

Two practitioners, one treatment room, one awkward hallway moment. The booking app doesn't know rooms exist.

Getting booked

Clients book and pay in one motion

Your page shows real availability — durations, buffers, daily caps. Paid links hold the slot while the card settles on your own Stripe or PayPal, so a booking is a meeting, a calendar block and a settled invoice at once.

  • 24-hour and 1-hour reminders; self-serve rescheduling up to your cutoff
  • Intake at booking: health questions, preferences, consents — filed on the client
  • Round-robin across whoever's on shift, or let clients pick their person

Packages & classes

Sell ten sessions; the system counts them

Session packages sell upfront on your rails and book down over time — with revenue recognized per session delivered, the way an accountant would insist. Group classes run with capacity, and a freed seat offers itself to the waitlist.

  • Package purchases get their own booking link — clients book against their balance
  • Gift certificates someone else redeems, and memberships that renew
  • Waitlist claim-blasts: first to click gets the seat, atomically
  • A cancelled class notifies its whole waitlist

Maintenance
One engine for people and things — double-booking is impossible by construction.
Rooms & rotation

The room is on the calendar too

Treatment rooms, chairs and machines are resources with their own lanes, booked with the session. Staff run on shifts with time off that automatically takes them out of rotation.

  • Double-booking a room is impossible — the engine blocks it
  • A room flagged for cleaning pauses its own bookability and spawns the task
  • Shift swaps between qualified staff in one tap

The money

The books were done when the day ended

Every settled booking is a categorized, reconciled entry. Revenue by service line, by practitioner, by month — a glance, not a month-end project.

  • Products and retail sold from your public shop with the same catalog
  • Cash-flow forecast shows the slow month coming 90 days out
  • Your own payment accounts, your own customer relationships

Fair questions

Asked by businesses like yours

Do clients need an app or account?

No — booking, paying, rescheduling and intake all happen on plain links. Regulars can get a portal link to see their upcoming sessions and invoices.

How do deposits and prepayment work?

Put a price on the booking link and it's paid at booking — the slot is held while the card settles, and an unpaid hold releases automatically. Full prepayment is the built-in answer to no-shows.

Can I run multiple practitioners fairly?

Round-robin distributes bookings to the least-recently-booked available person — pooled off who's actually on shift — or you can let the client choose. Time off takes people out automatically.
