  • Mixed teams welcomeconnections are per person and each meeting type accepts the set of providers you choose — one host on Teams, another on Meet or Zoom.
  • A hiccup never blocks a bookingif Microsoft's API errors, the booking still confirms — the connection surfaces the error and the link attaches when the API recovers. Losing a lead over a video outage is not a trade we make.

Calls start where the conversation is

Every client thread in Coordinator carries a Call button. One click creates an instant Microsoft Teams meeting on your own account — no calendar dance, no pasted personal link — and the meeting's notes live on in the thread where the work is.

    Your note-taker is welcome

Because it's a real Teams meeting in your tenant, Microsoft's own Copilot — recap, transcription, meeting notes — applies under your organisation's licences and policies, exactly as on a meeting you created yourself. Third-party note-takers you already use join the same way they join any Teams call — Coordinator doesn't sit in the call and doesn't need to.

And after the call, the AI here takes over

Paste the summary into the meeting's thread and an AI team member — or your own assistant over MCP — turns it into the follow-up tasks, logs the time, and stages the next steps.

    The fine print, proudly

How Coordinator treats your Microsoft account

Bring-your-own-account only works if the plumbing respects the account. The details:

Created as you, in your tenant

Meetings are created through Microsoft Graph with delegated permission — meaning Coordinator acts as you, only for online meetings, and the meeting lives in your organisation's tenant under your identity. Your admin's policies apply because it's genuinely a meeting you made.

    One permission, not a foothold

The connection asks for the online-meetings permission and nothing else — not your mailbox, not your files, not your calendar. Disconnecting deletes the stored credential outright; nothing lingers to be revoked later.

    Disconnect means delete

Credentials are stored encrypted, and disconnecting deletes them outright — nothing lingers to be revoked later. Coordinator hosts no video and sits in no call.

    FAQ

Microsoft Teams + Coordinator, asked directly

Does this work with my company's Microsoft 365 tenant?

Yes — meetings are created via Microsoft Graph as you, in your tenant, so your organisation's meeting policies apply. If your admin restricts third-party app consent, they may need to approve the connection once.

What permission does Coordinator get on my Microsoft account?

Delegated permission to create and manage online meetings — and only that. No mail, no files, no calendar. Disconnecting deletes the stored credential entirely.

What happens if the Graph API errors during a booking?

The booking still books. Link creation is designed to never block a booking — the meeting confirms, the connection shows the error, and the link can be added when Microsoft recovers.

Can a mixed team offer Teams, Zoom and Meet side by side?

Yes — connections are per person and each meeting type accepts the set of providers you choose, so a mixed team offers whatever each host actually uses.

Can I use Copilot or my AI note-taker on these calls?

Yes — Microsoft's Copilot applies under your organisation's licences, and any third-party note-taker joins exactly as it would any Teams meeting, because it IS a Teams meeting in your tenant. Coordinator doesn't sit in the call and doesn't need to.
