Calls start where the conversation is

Every client thread in Coordinator carries a Call button. One click creates an instant Zoom meeting on your own account — no calendar dance, no pasted personal link — and the meeting's notes live on in the thread where the work is.

    Your note-taker is welcome

Because it's a real Zoom meeting on your account, Zoom's own AI Companion — summaries, smart recording, in-meeting questions — works on plans that include it, exactly as on a meeting you scheduled yourself. Third-party note-takers you already use join the same way they join any Zoom call — Coordinator doesn't sit in the call and doesn't need to.

And after the call, the AI here takes over

Paste the summary into the meeting's thread and an AI team member — or your own assistant over MCP — turns it into the follow-up tasks, logs the time, and stages the next steps.

    The fine print, proudly

How Coordinator treats your Zoom account

Bring-your-own-account only works if the plumbing respects the account. The details:

Real Zoom meetings, not pasted links

Every video booking creates a scheduled meeting through Zoom's API on your account — with instant meetings for the chat 'Call' button. Your Zoom settings, waiting rooms and recording rules all apply, because it is genuinely your meeting.

The token housekeeping you never see

Zoom rotates its security tokens on every refresh, and losing one kills a connection — so Coordinator re-encrypts the replacement the instant it arrives. Your connection just keeps working; that's the whole point of the plumbing.

    Disconnect means delete

Credentials are stored encrypted, and disconnecting deletes them outright — nothing lingers to be revoked later. Coordinator hosts no video and sits in no call.

    FAQ

    Zoom + Coordinator, asked directly

Does a free Zoom account work?

Yes — meetings are created on your account, so your Zoom plan sets the rules (a free plan keeps Zoom's own limits, like the 40-minute cap on group meetings). Coordinator adds no fee on top of whatever Zoom you have, including none.

Do my Zoom settings apply — waiting rooms, passcodes, recording?

Yes. The meeting is created on your Zoom account through Zoom's own API, so your account defaults and security settings govern it exactly as if you'd scheduled it yourself.

What happens if Zoom's API is down when someone books?

The booking still books. Link creation never blocks a booking — the meeting is confirmed, the error is surfaced on your connection, and the link can be attached once Zoom recovers.

Can different team members use different video tools?

Yes — connections are per person, and each meeting type accepts the set of providers you choose. One teammate can run bookings on Zoom while another uses Meet or Teams.

Can I use my AI note-taker on these calls?

Yes — Zoom's own AI Companion and any third-party note-taker you already use join exactly as they would any Zoom meeting, because it IS a Zoom meeting on your account. Coordinator doesn't sit in the call and doesn't need to.
